What it does

Finds what a rewards point is worth in cents and compares up to three redemptions.

  2. Add option B (and C) to compare.
  3. Read the cents per point for each and which is highest.

Fill in the form and your answer will appear here.

Everything is calculated in your browser: the prices and numbers you enter are never sent anywhere or stored. We do not know any store's prices or tax rates, and these results are arithmetic, not advice to buy.

How it works

Value per point = cash value / points x 100 cents. 10,000 points for $100 is 1.00 cent a point; 8,000 points for $72 is 0.90.

The redemption with the highest value per point gives the most for each point.

Assumptions

  • Points programs are not all worth the same: this compares only the redemptions you enter.
  • The highest value per point is not always the redemption you want.

Example

Input: The starting values already in the form

Result: Option A gives the most value: about 1 cents per point.

Questions
